Job description
The role is responsible for planning and coordination of incident response activities such as building resilience, training staff, working across agencies, cross cutting operational activities and post incident review. The role supports all aspects of the incident management lifecycle and activities within the AIT.
The role requires independent working, but at times may also require coordinating small teams and/or contribute to projects. You will contribute to the initial tactical response for the Area within office hours (Tactical First Response), through a logistics or Cell lead role. The role will also provide support to other duty officers through assurance of response and ensure situational awareness is shared with oncoming duty teams.
