Salary: From £20,500 (dependent on experience) plus excellent uncapped commission and bonuses.
Once trained earn on average £26,500 OTE!
Our Top Sales Experts earn in excess of £38,500 OTE!
Hybrid Working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, after initial training period.

What are we looking for?
As an Inbound Sales Travel Expert, you will sell enticing adventures and relaxing escapes to our numerous holiday destinations, which include the Channel Islands, Far East, Sri Lanka, Middle East, Southern Africa, Indian Ocean, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Our Inbound Sales Travel Experts create tailor made holiday packages for travel agents and direct clients through incoming calls and email. You will start off specialising in specific destinations with your portfolio of areas expanding over time as more experience is gained. Our Experts are enthusiastic and motivated and enjoy working to achieve sales targets linked to excellent commission and bonus schemes.
What you’ll need:
Ideally you will have experience working in a target-based sales role, otherwise you will have a drive to succeed in sales with proven persuasive, influencing skills and a result orientated nature.
Our ideal candidate will be approachable, enthusiastic, and flexible to fit in with the rest of our team, you’ll also need to have these knowledge and skills:
- A passion for travel and the travel industry
- Previous Travel industry experience
- Professional, helpful and calm telephone manner
- Proactive nature
- Enjoy working to sales and profit targets
- Have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with multi-tasking
- Be able to remain calm when dealing with any problems or complaints
- Like working under your own initiative and as part of a team
- Personal travel experience is an advantage
What are the hours for the role?
We are looking for someone who can work five days per week. You’ll need to be able to work Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30 pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm. We will guarantee 1 full weekend off per month.
Whilst you get to know your team and your job role, we’ll expect you to attend the office every day, following this initial period we offer the option to participate in a work from home hybrid.
