As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will join the rapidly expanding team here at HSS, who deliver exceptional customer service every single time! You will focus on ensuring we go above and beyond for our customers, taking inbound sales queries by phone, email, or live chat and maximising our customers sales.

What will you be doing?
- Proactively engage with customers to identify customer needs and propose improved solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, introduce customers to new and innovative products and educate our customers about each of our solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s such as data conversion, profitability, calls, talk time, data enrichment.
- Working with Key Account and KAD’s adopt, develop and implement sales initiatives that generate new business and reduce leakage to competitors.
- Develop a strong knowledge of your account base.
- Ensure customers uphold their annual spend pledge.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Provide first class customer service at all times.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
What will you need?
- Proven customer service experience whether that be retail, hospitality or in an office environment – we want to hear from you
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to multitask whilst upholding great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
