Inbound Sales Representative

AiCore is a specialist Ai & data career accelerator. We’re an end-to-end solution for launching, upskilling, or switching into a career in AI & data.
We deliver an immersive program that launches careers in Ai & Data at supersonic speed. Over 18 weeks users are log into the AiCore Portal, which gives them access to a sandbox cloud environment where they find everything that they would encounter in industry and are challenged to build and deploy production-grade systems, learning under the mentorship of industry experts. These systems are created using blueprints from leading companies such as Facebook, Airbnb, Pinterest and more.
97 million roles in AI & data will be created by 2025. There is no single path to one of those 97 million roles. But, there is a proven path - the AiCore programme.
Hundreds of learners commit to the programme to launch their careers every year. You will play a vital role in scaling this to 3000 this year.
We’ve been growing at +92% each quarter for over a year now. To keep up this pace, we need more ambitious individuals to join our high performing team and take on vital responsibilities.
Role Overview
We're looking for a smart and ambitious individual ready to take on a journey from high-ticket inbound B2C to outbound B2B enterprise deals! But don't worry you'll have plenty of support and training to help you succeed as you work alongside our experienced team, helping you with research, lead converting, prospecting, and interaction styles with potential customers.
Your main responsibility will be converting our Inbound Leads from our Marketing team, you will be dealing with customers who are looking to better their future through Ai and we are here to provide that!

The Role…
- You'll lead the discovery and conversations to be able to identify a prospect's needs
- You will lead questions that help you get to the bottom and showcase our value-add.
- You will be responsible for crafting compelling sales copy for things such as emails and marketing collateral, with a huge focus on personalisation
- You will be responsible for maintaining your sales data through our CRM
- You’ll be encouraged to find efficiencies and improvements to our prospecting processes
About you…
- You'll also need to be credible and knowledgeable, presenting our products and services accurately and responding to questions confidently. Objection handling is also a crucial part of the role.
- You'll need to be skilled at responding to objections with reframes and rebuttals that keep the conversation flowing. And when you get a hard no, you'll need to dig deep and understand why the prospect isn't interested and what we could do better. But the ultimate goal is to convert interested leads into sales.
- You must be a pro at setting the stage and communicating the next steps.The role has a clear path of progression from inbound to outbound, so be ready to be challenged!
