Job description
Working on behalf of a UK based broadband provider, you will be handling inbound calls from both potential and existing customers. The aim of your call will be to convert those calls and enquiries into sales and get the customer set up on a suitable broadband package. You will be responsible for performing effective needs analysis to ensure the best package is set up for the customer as well as discuss the various prices and offers available and making the customer aware of all the terms and conditions with the contract by reading through scripting and adhering to quality and compliance regulations.
There may also be an element of outbound calling involved in the role at the client’s request. This will be to contact warm leads of customers who have previously enquired online or via phone. This is only required when the client has a sufficient amount of data to provide.
As an inbound sales advisor you will need to be confident when speaking to customers and deliver outstanding customer service experience whilst processing sales. You will also be responsible for redirecting callers to the correct department should the customer have a non-sales-related query.
Salary & Bonus:
This role has a basic salary of £19,760 per annum.
We also offer an competitive commission scheme, which means you could take home an OTE of £25,000
We have recently introduced our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £22,000 basic salary per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week on a set rota basis:
Monday to Friday – Between the hours of 9am & 7pm
Saturday – 9am till 6pm (1 in 3 weekends)
Sunday - 10am till 4pm (1 in 3 weekends)
(If you are working on a weekend, you will be given days off during the week)

Location:
You will be based at our offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

What are we looking for?
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging sales targets
- A strong level of reading and spoken English, due to level of scripture required to be performed within the role.
- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Transferable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day.
