We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of Virgin media/O2!
- Hourly rate between £10.18 - £10.42 with monthly bonus earning opportunities!
- Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Belfast City Centre & from the comfort of your own home.
- Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-9pm Monday - Friday & 8am-6pm Sat/Sun.
As a mover’s agent, you will be responsible for moving customers services from one property to another & retain customers during their moving process in order to avoid disconnections. You will deal with broadband services, disconnections, setting up new customers, general queries & aim to drive sales through great service.

What you’ll need
- A minimum of 6 months experience within a customer service role.
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
- A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
- A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps.
