As a Customer Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring customer retention. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and promoting customer loyalty. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns, answering their queries, and offering appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a calm and empathetic manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing.
Customer Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the customer retention team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and reducing churn.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customer situations with professionalism.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
