Job description
Inbound Sales & Admissions Advisor
Coach Training EDU is looking for someone who loves connecting with people, someone who loves to pick up the phone and connect with individuals and universities looking to enroll in a life coaching education.
Who we are: We are a life coach training organization, offering online training to people interested in working in the professional, wellness, and academic life coaching fields. We train and certify individual coaches, as well as groups of professionals from organizations, colleges, and universities, in our three accredited and research-based life coach training programs.
Our team works remotely, with trainers and members of our headquarter team located from Switzerland to Portland, Oregon.
What we are looking for: We are looking for another Inbound Sales & Admissions Advisor to join the Admissions Team who is passionate about interacting with potential coaches and course participants. This position is full-time and remote. The position would require learning and improving the current system for admissions as well as training and overseeing future enrollment coaches.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- At least five years in an admissions or sales-oriented role
- Strong relational skills
- Passion for engaging with inquiries and comfortable with communicating via the phone, Zoom, and Whatsapp
- Comfort with using project organization and time tracking apps such as Hubstaff
Highly desired, but not necessary, qualifications would include:
- Experience with Student Information and Learning Management Systems
- Background in/knowledge of coaching and the International Coach Federation
- Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
- Passion for Social Media creation and connection
We're still a small team of 10, but we're growing and we're looking to add people who are passionate about personal and professional growth and positive psychology.
The other aspect of the position--and one of the best parts of working on a small team--is working with others on specific projects. Those projects could range from reviewing email drip campaigns and offering suggestions for improvement and researching micro-influencers to contact to be interviewed on the podcast, to designing a/b tests for different ideas on landing pages on the website.
The position requires an ability to connect with people interested in life coach training as well as be proactive in offering ideas to improve the organization and potential student journey.
The position is 40 hours a week, ideally with availability Saturdays to field phone calls and weekend inquiries.
If you are interested in this position, please email your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are interested and how your past experience will contribute to your success in this position.
