Job description
The Inbound Logistics Assistant (6 Months FTC) will report into our Inbound Supervisor and help run our fast paced Logistics department. Your main tasks will be related to the order fulfilment process. This will include checking that all received items meet the highest standards of quality and that deliveries received from stores, brands and online, correspond correctly and are processed accordingly

This role and the team are based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role has in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 5 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
Requirements:
You Will:
- Detail quality checking goods to the highest level including quality checking returned items within the set timeframes - this could be a range of things from bags, watches, homeware.
- Identify any QC issues and raising quality concerns
- Take pictures of products and reconcile data relating to orders in internal systems
- Work with multiple team members in creative department to ensure products are processed and QC for creative shoots on arrival and return
- Experience using a high level of attention to detail in the work that you do
- Pick and pack knowledge
- Warehouse / dispatch/logistics knowledge
- Experience in Quality Control, Stock Control or warehouse distribution
- Experience with stock control system or similar systems
- Experience in dealing with luxury goods
