About The Role
RAC have an exciting opportunity for Customer service representatives to join our fast-paced Sales Operations team within their New Members Advisory team in our Bradley Stoke, Bristol RAC Call Centre. Working for a well-established, market-leading breakdown provider with an exciting future ahead, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members. You’ll be on the frontline delivering an exceptional service, and an unforgettable member experience that means members choose to join the RAC.
Base salary of £23,690 for a 35-hour working week, with an OTE of up to £28,416!
This is a full-time, permanent role. Shifts will fall within our opening hours of Monday – Friday 08.00 – 19.00, Saturday and Sunday 09.00 – 17.00.

What you’ll do:
- Introduce new members to our incredible range of products and services
- You’ll be operating in a fast paced environment, where we focus on delivering the best outcome for new members
- Confidently get to know our new members and recognise the right outcomes for their needs
- Effectively handle all customer requests, where you will have the system knowledge and capability to take ownership of resolutions

- Ideally have some previous experience in sales and have a demonstrable background within a service environment, you will however receive the best product training available in order to fulfil your targets
