Inbound Customer Service Agents
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays (1 weekday off)
Salary: £21,673 rising to £23,000
Start date: Tuesday 9th May
We’re looking for confident, friendly Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a leading Contact Centre in the heart of Sheffield.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. You’ll be receiving inbound calls from customers who are looking to book a holiday, or make amendments to their holiday booking.
Ideally, you'll already have experience gained in travel, customer service,, outbound or inbound sales, retentions, or as a call centre advisor.
If you don't - don't worry! Full training is provided, so as long as you have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, our client will provide you with the skills you need to succeed!
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Handling inbound enquires from customers, both pre and post-holiday. Taking ownership of effectively dealing with the customer queries and trying to resolve any issues in a confident manner to the customers satisfaction.
- Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries
- Processing customer requested amendments to their upcoming holiday
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor in the travel industry, or in a contact centre environment as a Customer Service Advisor – essential
- A genuine passion for customer service
- The ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to hold conversation will people from all ages and backgrounds and easily build rapport with your customers
- Dedication to deliver a top-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail
