Being a inbound customer service advisor you are expected to treat customers with respect and care at all times to ensure there time in contact with the company is a helpful one.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary + Bonus
Salary:£22,672 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) = £23,872
Bonus:
- Attendance Bonus: £300 per quarter
- Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) – £200 average
Working Hours:
Rotational Shift Pattern – 2 weeks
Week 1 - Monday to Friday – 9am until 5.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £22,672.00 per year
