At this role customer service is KEY!
Taking inbound calls from our loyal customers dealing with account issues. Calls will be regarding - account billing issues, price change, booking in appointments for upgrades and many more.
Being first point of contact you will have to show confidence and speak with a great phone manner every time, to make sure our customers know there talking to a trusted employee.
Salary + Bonus
Salary:£22,700 + Bonus
Bonus:
- Attendance Bonus – £100 and month paid out quarterly (if hit all three months this is boosted by £75, meaning the potential is £375 a quarter, £1500 annually).
Working Hours:
Rotational Shift Pattern – 2 weeks
Week 1 - Monday to Friday – 9am until 5.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £22,700.00 per year
