As a Call Handler, you will be working in a customer focused environment working with a wide range of clients while arranging cover for both new and existing clients. We are looking for focused individuals who wants to exceed Client's expectations in the delivery of service. With the role being to process life and travel insurance claims for the over 50's.
Insurance Advisor Role:
- Experience in delivering best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment
- Full time role 37.5 hours per week
- Deliver upon FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations to ensure Risk and Compliance score of 90% or above
- Understand customers demand and needs (including medical) throughout the sales journey to find most suitable product/solution
- Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs through excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome customer objections via sales skill around price, shopping around and speaking to partner in order to drive positive resolution
- Maintain product knowledge across all our brands to ensure proactive retention of all customers within our eco system
- Proactively support your colleagues and collaborate to help achieve targets
- Clear communicator who can build relationships and bring their personality to work
- Self-motivated to be able to take accountability of your own development and strive for the best version of you
- IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software.
