Attributes required.
Knowledge, skills, abilities: numerate and literate, able to follow instructions, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets, able to carry out physical work, including comfortably lift weights of 15-20kg, able to work individually or as part of a team, basic IT skills and computer literacy.
Other requirements: enthusiastic, smart and clean appearance, punctual, committed, hard working, honest, flexible with the ability to work overtime when needed.
o Flexi truck license desirable
o Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role required/desirable
Job title: Warehouse Stock Coordinator
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager or nominated deputy/supervisor
Department: Warehousing and Distribution
Job overview: Work closely with Warehouse Manager and Team leaders on all aspects of storage and space management.
Key responsibilities
o Work closely with Warehouse Manager and Team leaders on all aspects of storage and space management.
o Coordinating internal stock transfers, monitoring stock levels and bulk space, reacting accordingly through replenishment, consolidation and picking transfers and recording accurately.
o Knowledge of Excel is required, training on in-house systems will be given.
o Oversee stock storage processes, Pre-Allocating picking areas for future deliveries a week in advance according to size and SOP and instructing Goods in accordingly.
o Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to picking. Flag lines low in the picking for replenishment.
o Co-ordinate rectification.
o Perform regular inventory audits, investigating discrepancies.
o Removing Bin labels when stock is depleted.
