As an In-Store Marketing Assistant,you will play an integral supporting role in the delivery of our In-Store Marketing campaigns and activity.
About the role
You’ll work as part of the Boots Opticians Marketing team - an exciting, award-winning team that likes to have fun and get things done. At the heart of Boots Opticians growth plans, we help our customers to See What’s PossibleTM, working with exciting fashion brands and educating customers on the importance of looking after their eye health.
About the role:
- Work cross functionally with our Trading Team, wider Marketing Team, Property Team and agencies to co-ordinate the delivery of marketing messages to our 520 Boots Opticians stores, right first time and within agreed timescales.
- Support the ISM Marketing Manager and ISM Marketing Specialist in the briefing, sign off and delivery of In-store campaigns and activity
- Accountable for Weekly reprints and managing library stock
- Raising & receipting of POs
- Responding to store helpdesk queries in relation to in-store marketing
- Responsible for new store launch packages
- Managing POS for refit or new stores
About you:
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn, with a Marketing degree or previous Marketing experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with others and work cross-functionally
- Enjoy working at pace, adjusting to the needs of the business, to meet deadlines
- Motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mind set
- Good attention to detail and a high concern for order and quality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive attitude
