We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Navigation & Operations Manager In Training based at our Bristol store on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with operations management experience, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This role is full-time and permanent, working 39 hours per week, over 5 days each week. This is an in-store role and you will be required to work evenings and alternate weekends.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Bristol Business Navigation team to learn and develop over the course of roughly 12 to 24 months. Our ambition is that you will then be ready to take up a vacant Business Navigation and Operations Manager position within the South market area. There is an expectation that you would be happy to relocate nationally as part of this role. We can discuss this further at interview!

- Leading the store Business Plan process together with the store manager and management team.
- Proactively working with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience across our different touch points to provide insight.
- Hold good communication skills and be able to influence in order to create energy and commitment within the organisation.
- Together with the commercial team, identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking.
- Hold an ability to recognise outside trends relevant for your local market and translate them into business opportunities.
