In-house Photographer
Bella Vou is a rapidly growing private cosmetic surgery hospital rated Outstanding by the CQC and offering patients a truly exceptional experience at every stage of their treatment journey.
We are looking for an In-house Photographer and Editor to capture and produce of all photographic and video content created for internal and external distribution. Our distribution channels include social media, their website and external review platforms (all with their own styles and output requirements).
The content that you capture is key to showing the quality of our surgical results workmanship and enticing leads to find out more about their services as well as educating qualified leads about the specifics of core product offerings.
Please note that this is an in-house, full-time, permanent role requiring you to be in-clinic each day, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Please do not apply unless you are able to fulfil this requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to put clients at ease
- Directing Before & After (B&A) photographs and videos
- Daily execution and delivery of all (B&A) photos and videos to show results as best as possible
- Using technical knowledge of lighting and composition to show results in the most appealing way
- All photos and videos to be of the highest standard in terms of framing, lighting, focus and colour balance
- Ability to adapt to different photographic equipment (DSLR and iPhone used in conjunction with a 360˚ photographic rig)
- Working with internal Content Creators and Marketing Executives to shoot customer feedback videos
- Working with internal Content Creators and Marketing Executives to do “fashion shoot” style shoots with selected clients who have had exceptionally good results
- Detailed technical knowledge of editing applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier Pro
- Responsible for editing, storing, saving/backing-up, curating and distribution of all images and videos to appropriate parties for use on Social Media, YouTube, Website and 3rd part review sites.
- Ensuring all photographic and video equipment is maintained and in good working order. Reporting any equipment needs or failures to manager in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of new technologies to improve our ability to promote our results or present them in a better way
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a photography role, (experience of working in a fashion role is preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and team members across the business
- Detailed technical knowledge of editing applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier Pro
- Experience with relevant studio hardware (DSLR cameras, lighting, iPhone camera) is essential
- Strong enthusiasm in working in the fashion and beauty industry, and competent knowledge of the relative fields and what makes a good result
- Excellent customer service awareness and skills
- Naturally organised person with ability to work under tight deadlines
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required in any related field
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- At lease three-year experience being the professional photographer is required

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
