BPerfect Cosmetics is a global beauty brand that creates innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward thinking and unique. The brand is stocked in retailers across the world and has a strong eCommerce presence.
We are recruiting an In-House Graphic Designer to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have a passion for creating content and keeping up to date with the new trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging visual content, both digital and print, for use in marketing and communications, including website, social media, PR and packaging material.
- Working as part of a creative team to develop the visual communication of the brand, proposing new ideas and concepts.
- Creating packaging concepts for new products.
- Designing digital content.
- Offering creative input and sharing ideas within a team environment.
- Use your good judgement to make creative decisions.
- Develop creative concepts against project briefs.
- Prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality design on-time, occasionally under tight deadlines.
- Product photography desirable.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keep up to date with new trends in the Industry, design and social.
- Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to use initiative, forward thinker and problem solver.
- Equally as comfortable working as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure with fast/short deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar industry desirable.
- Full experience in the Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator/Photoshop /After Effects
- A good understanding of video development and formatting.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- An understanding of typeface/brand identity for brands, working to set Brand Guidelines
- Previous experience creating print, web based and social content.
- Experience working with keylines, and artwork formats for large scale print within Adobe Illustrator. (Not essential)

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with other teams and use feedback to develop final drafts
- Work on multiple projects at once whilst consistently adhering to tight deadlines
- Communicate frequently with the team to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have
