Looking for someone who can work for 14 years old boy who has multiple medical conditions. Pay is directly from DMAS and criminal background check is required and not negotiable. Duties:- Provide personal care assistance to individuals with multiple medical conditions, ensuring his safety and well-being.- Implement behavior management strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.- Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, and grooming- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.- Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary.- Assist individuals with transportation needs, including driving to appointments or community outings.- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of individuals' information.- Respect and uphold the rights of residents in accordance with resident rights policies. Qualifications:- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies effectively.- Understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
