Job Purpose
Office Administrator – to carry out administrative duties and communicate daily workloads with your Office Manager.
Support groups logistic operation.
To perform and execute any instructions or other reasonable requests given by office manager or senior management team.
Comply with current Health & Safety legislation.
Key Accountabilities
- Working with the Office Manager creating daily production reports.
- Ensure computer systems are updated with vehicle details and data.
- Carry out general office administration duties.
- Submission of Warranty claims for all franchises
- Liaise with all departments & their third-party service to determine required vehicle lead-times and deadlines.
- Liaising with Transport Traffic Office regarding load vehicles
- Deal with all phone enquires in a polite and professional manner
- Provide support to Office Manager and other staff members
Job Qualifications
- PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word essential
- Communication skills between internal and external clients and departments
- Flexible working hours
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Telephone etiquette essential
- Presentation of power-point and statistics
- GCSE – English, Maths and IT skills
