Your role:
As an Implementation Solution Consultant you will bring clients through an implementation project to operationalise and launch the “Quadient AR, by YayPay” platform within the client's Finance operations. Other users may include Sales colleagues and end-customers accessing the Portal to review their Online Statements and make payments. YayPay is a complete Accounts Receivable and Collections Management Platform to make it easy for B2B Finance teams to stay ahead of their AR and get paid faster.
- Your role will be a hands-on implementation role, that covers system configuration, user training and testing activities, to guide clients and advise them on the best use of the platform's capabilities to support the target outcomes and deliver the project benefits.
- You will sit within the Customer Success function at YayPay by Quadient, and you will be critical in laying the foundations for success to help clients launch and adopt the Quadient AR by YayPay platform through the project implementation and timelines agreed with clients, who are CFOs, Finance Heads or AR Managers and AR Specialists/Collectors
- Acting as the main point of contact to build a strong client partnership, your role entails a mix of systems implementation and advisory to guide clients through the project and blend in their operational needs with how best to support the users of the Quadient AR by YayPay platform, and help them realise the best value from their investment.
- Your role covers the implementation process to launch the platform into the client's business operations. Project engagements can take place with new clients, as well as with live clients who may choose to expand or adopt new modules.
- In addition to being client-facing, you will also collaborate with other internal resource groups such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Dev/Integrations to help our clients achieve a faster time to value.
- There will be opportunities to work on some international projects in time-zones outside of the UK/I where clients have finance teams/operations based in different geographies
About you:
- You have proven experience in a similar Implementation role, or from a Process/Systems Consulting background where you have been engaging with different client levels/stakeholders.
- You can demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Workday etc. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- You have the ability to work with API and CSV for data ingestion and you’re familiar with Microsoft Office products
- You have an understanding of Finance Business processes in areas such as Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, or the broader Order-to-Cash process
- You possess good organisational, presentation and communication skills in both verbal and written
- You are enthusiastic and passionate, driving business value for clients, and you have the ability to show empathy to view problems from the client's perspective
- You’re able to multi-task between several projects concurrently and you have experience working on projects internationally, you’re flexible will enjoy an opportunity to work on some projects in time zones outside of the UK and Ireland
