Market Leading PMS (Property Management Systems) Provider
Pivotal role in the business/Exciting projects
Package: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits
Office: UK Based (Remote) with a lot of travel to customers in the EMEA region.

We are working with a market leading PMS (Property Management Systems) provider who have more than 3000 customers worldwide and have been in the industry for several years. They are an international outfit working in following locations to name a few: North America, Europe, and India.
As the Implementation Consultant PMS (Property Management Systems), you will be responsible for the onsite installation and training of the company’s software and hardware products. Working alongside Project Leads or Project Managers you will be apart of the Projects team during the installation and completion phase of the product.
Implementation Consultant PMS (Property Management Systems) – Job Accountabilities
- Lead client facing projects that produce high customer satisfaction as well as revenue for the business.
- You are responsible for gathering requirements from several different sites to review and recommend a particular design after liaising with the Project Management team.
- Reporting on program or project risks.
- You are responsible for testing system configurations after initial configuration to provide product consistency.
- You are responsible for preparing training materials and to then conduct training sessions around this.
- Always looking to improve training documents and recording every individual installation and configuration to help the company support this client moving forward.
Implementation Consultant PMS (Property Management Systems) – Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Commercial experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of PMS or POS systems.
- In depth knowledge of accounting practices and business operations.
- Presentation experience at a C level.
- Strong experience using the MS OFFICE product.
