Are you an experienced Software Implementation Consultant or a software professional looking for a new exciting challenge? In this role you will analyse client processes, understand their use of the software offerings available and work with technical teams internally to match this software offering to best suit the client s requirements. Once tailoring of the software products is complete, educating the clients on how to use the package and what benefits it will have on their business will be key. Key Responsibilities: Work in partnership with clients; analysing their requirements and advising them on how to use products to meet their business objectives * Identify and address gaps in product functionality, liaising with pre-sales and internal development teams to ensure our clients' needs are met at every stage Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation Plan and deliver project implementations to ensure on-time and on-budget completion Manage customer expectations throughout all phases of implementation Proactively identify and manage setbacks, issues and negative customer feedback, escalating quickly as required Identify opportunities for, and subsequently deliver, customer training on company products Provide feedback from customers to other teams to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation across the business Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in relation to our products and services Travel as required (~50%) throughout the UK and internationally. You will need: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a software delivery/consultancy/implementation/project management related role Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and staff Resourceful personality, confident manner and a willingness and ability to learn new skills Technically able with a keen business and commercial awareness Customer centric, capable of building strong client relationships A problem solver; strongly analytical, with an eye for detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills An organised, disciplined approach to work with excellent time management skills and the ability to deal with multiple activities in parallel A current valid UK driving licence A willingness and ability to travel nationally/internationally (~50%) Currently holds independent right to work in the UK Bright Purple is an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
