- Technology: As a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, the Implementation Associate will be working with cutting edge technology solutions.
- Client-facing skills: Day-to-day responsibilities involve communicating with clients, both on the phone or via email.
- Private Capital Markets: To speak confidently and authoritatively to our clients, the Implementation Associate must either have knowledge in, or be willing to learn about private equity and investment banking front office business operations.
- Data: Analyzing and understanding client data is an important factor that influences a client's system design; as such, the Implementation Associate must be eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements.
- Manage and lead multiple client implementations concurrently with accountability for client communications, weekly status reports and escalation mitigation updates
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions onsite at client offices or virtually via web conferencing (potential travel up to 30%); often consult and lead effort to document client requirements
- Configuration of the platform based on client requirements gathered during client sessions
- Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize and import disparate data sets
- Properly utilize escalation process and provide consistent communication on escalations internally
- Responsible for internal project management task completion, including but not limited to:
- Keeping internal systems updated
- Accurate and timely entry of utilization hours
- Project Timelines
- Ensure all in-scope requirements are met during implementation
- Budget
- Providing consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations to our clients throughout an implementation
- Actively participate and in scoping and Order Form completion for Tiers 3, 4, 5
- Actively coach and develop Implementation Analysts on projects
- Serve in supporting capacity on more complex projects led by more tenured implementation consultants
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation delivery or professional services
- Be willing to be trained in private equity and investment banking front office business operations
- Organization, effective time management, and ability to multi-task
- Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functions
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working as part of a team
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
- Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models to create value for our clients
- Broad understanding of private capital and/or investment banking markets
- Ability to provide entry level consultative skills
