JOB TITLE: Impact and Evaluation Manager
DEPARTMENT: Foundation
LOCATION: Cobham
CONTRACT: 35 hours per week, 5 days, evenings, and weekends as required

What We’re Looking For:
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for making a difference? Do you excel at measuring and evaluating outcomes to maximize social impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Chelsea FC Foundation as an Impact and Evaluation Manager.
Duties include:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead a Foundation wide data review. Developing a data strategy to improve Chelsea FC Foundation’s impact and evaluation procedures.
- Manage the relationships with key external research and data monitoring experts, developing ambitious KPI’s and objectives for continual improvement and progression of all data capture methods.
- Review existing staff members monitoring and evaluation training needs, identifying any potential knowledge gaps and CPD opportunities for all Foundation staff.
- Liaise with the Admin and Operations Manager, Salesforce Leads and Human Resources Team to review all existing online systems, creating a succinct and simple set of online tools for Foundation staff of all levels to use.
- Liaise with Heads of Department and Area/Programme Managers to facilitate all policy and procedure related to data capture, ensuring innovative methods are piloted and tailored to bespoke programme needs.
- Lead on the Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation responsibilities in accordance with the needs of each funder. Ensuring programmes are generating the outcome and social impact stated within the funding applications.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level needed:
- Ability to create effective and efficient systems for gathering and analysing complex data.
- Experience and understanding of various methods of data collection, analysis, presentation, and programme evaluation design in a non-profit field.
- Familiarity with CRM and data management systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and external relationships.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in team management and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with Chelsea FC Foundation and/or the sports charity sector is a plus.
