Administrator – Immunisation Team
(School Flu Vaccine Programme for Greater Manchester)
£12.20ph
Qualifying mileage paid at 45ppm (car business insurance required)
Casual work contract September to January
We can offer you shifts from 8 hours - Full time work over September to January in the GM area you wish to work in. You can discuss set days and hours for up to 12 weeks rostered if this suits you.
Full training given/ DBS paid & polo shirts provided for session
(Role: Going to primary schools in either Manchester, Stockport or Tameside boroughs to support our nurses’ in our flu vaccination sessions for the program to run smoothly. You should be able to drive with access to a vehicle and available from 8am until 4pm for this role. You will be collecting the school packs from our coordinators at the borough- based hubs from 8am, to get to the school session and return the school packs to the hub office to hand-over to the team and finish at 4pm approx.)

In Greater Manchester we cover all boroughs and are seeking admin for all areas now Manchester, Oldham, Tameside, Rochdale, Stockport, Salford, Trafford, Bury, Bolton and Wigan (hub offices in Oldham/Denton/Trafford Park/Bolton)
Employees are required to follow the safety measures that will be in place as appropriate and will undertake a risk assessment.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in administration and be able to perform general administration duties related to the role to a high standard. We require enthusiastic committed individuals who will work as part of the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Travel to schools within the region is integral to the role, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
