We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B and B2C Sales executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential private and corporate clients. You will work closely with our legal team to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies that will enable us to grow our business.

We welcome applicants who have:

  • Proven track record of success in professional services sales, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of UK immigration law and the ability to provide expert advice to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organised and experienced with CRMs and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law or a related field.
  • Fluent in at least one foreign language.

Your duties, including and not limited to:

  • Responding to new enquiries from a diverse client base promptly and proactively.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B and B2C sector, including professionals, companies, universities, and other organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, recruitment consultants, and business owners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to understand the legal requirements of potential clients and provide them with expert advice on immigration law.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant events to build the firm's profile and generate new business.
  • Providing support to the wider team as required to deliver exceptional client service.
