We are currently looking for Care Assistants to join our fabulous team at Milton Ernest Care Home, our beautiful residential, nursing & dementia care home in Milton Ernest, Bedfordshire.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
- With the support of your Majesticare team, you'll work closely with our residents, their families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
- You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
- With unparalleled kindness, you'll assist the everyday needs of our residents, from personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events.
- You'll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
- You'll be talented in building strong & fulfilling relationships with your Majesticare team our residents, families, friends & within the local community.
- An NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care would be advantageous for the role, although we're more than happy to offer ongoing training.
- As part of the role, you may be requested to work regular weekends.
- This role is subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
