IMMEDIATE START - Temporary 1 Week Room Survey Assistant - YORK York, England
Job description
Escentral, a Space Management Consultancy firm, is looking to employ up to 11 candidates to help us carry out a Teaching and Academic Office Space Utilisation Survey, at a local University in the York area.
This survey is taking place over a 1 week period.
The working hours are Monday, Tuesday. Thursday & Friday = 09:00 - 18:00
Wednesday = 09:00 - 13:00 ONLY
Total hours = 40 for the week
The survey involves walking a set route of Teaching and Academic Office Spaces every hour, recording the number of Students/Staff/Researchers in each room. The survey is designed so that all rooms will be surveyed within 40 minutes of each hour, thereby ensuring each member of staff is provided with a minimum 20 minute break every hour, throughout each day.
Applicants must be able to complete ALL DAYS AND HOURS during the survey period of 1 week, from Monday March 6th 2023 to Friday March 10th 2023.
PLUS complete a 2 hour training schedule on campus prior to the start of survey is essential, this will be on either Thursday March 2nd OR Friday March 3rd Feb (day to be agreed with Survey Manager at interview stage)
