Imager Editor – 6 Month Contract
Your role with us
The Image Editor role requires you to have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide the relevant teams with product images required to service to all departments throughout The Royal Mint. The role will require experience with computer imaging software to change or enhance the appearance of a photo or other digital image, by correcting resolution and composition, cropping images, and adjusting tone, colour, saturation, and brightness.
We are looking for people who have:
- A qualification in photography, visual arts, digital media, or similar relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity to ensure The Royal Mint brand DNA is delivered through all content created by the studio.
- Video production experience – both filming, lighting, and editing would be advantageous
- Solid knowledge of Adobe CC
We are looking for people who are:
- Competent in applying photographic best practices and techniques.
- Experts in use of photoshop, layers/sets, masks, paths, colour correction tools, actions, and batch processing
- comfortable and confident working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Understanding of artwork/mechanical replacement on packaging of products

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: £26,125.00 per year
