Responsibilities:
- Working with the creative strategy and selected shoot team you will ensure all posed shots are covered to the very highest standard for stills and video productions.
- Creating edit sheets and working with the retouch team and junior team to apply cropping.
- Deliver final edits to the eComm team to upload online.
- Plan when reshoots need to be shot within the shoot schedule.
- Plan poses and stories for sets of looks to allow interesting assets to be generated for emails and social (e.g., GIFs).
- Create assets post-shoot and continue to develop and direct these assets with support from the Art Director.
- Build a folio of ongoing competitor evaluation from season to season and feedback to the Art Director and Fashion Editor on ways in which the brand can lean into trends for eComm imagery (stills and video).
About you:
- Experience in image editing within a creative industry, preferably fashion
- With a strong folio of image editing, you show varied graphic design experience within the fashion industry, youll be well versed in integrated solutions across digital, print and stores and show promising shoot experience within fashion.
- You are passionate about creating innovative content across all platforms and working strategically with varied team members to deliver inventive, disruptive, and performing campaigns and content.
