Reports to: CEO, and will work closely with UK and North America Sales Directors
Location: Sywell, Northampton
Working pattern: Flexible home working up to three days per week – open to part time
Salary: £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced global marketing manager to support our global sales teams with the development and delivery of marketing activity across select markets. Reporting to the CEO and with one direct line report, you’ll have full responsibility and ownership of your campaigns including strategy, budgeting and planning, implementation and optimisation.
You’ll be directly responsible for delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns, whilst working alongside a dynamic, collaborative, and highly skilled team who love what they do.
Key responsibilities
- Developing the Igloo marketing strategy and planning ahead for key annual milestones, such as trade fairs.
- Working with UK & US sales teams to optimise sales through Amazon marketing.
- Liaising with 3rd party licensors and key customers to coordinate marketing activity.
- Ownership of marketing material for global sales teams, including product launch strategies, promotional content creation for new licenses, imprints and ranges, and development of a suite of assets and promotional collateral for print and digital.
- Management of both UK & US Igloo websites.
- Leading and developing Igloo’s social media strategy and activity.
- Continual research on market and industry trends to feed into the sales and publishing teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Creating and executing marketing strategies across local and global levels.
- Track record of delivering successful multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- First class content creation skills, including design and copywriting.
- Experience in growing and engaging audiences across web and social platforms.
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and to work well remotely with international colleagues and third parties.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in using data to inform campaigns.
- A creative and imaginative approach to campaign strategies.
