For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited. This is an on site role and will be based in UK (London, Bournemouth or Brighton).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting oral IELTS exams as per IELTS training and procedures.
Profile Requirements:
- An undergraduate or Master’s degree or a qualification which can be demonstrated to be equivalent to an undergraduate or Master’s degree.
- A recognised qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or recognised equivalent as part of a recognised university award course.
- At least 3 years’ full time (or the equivalent part time) relevant TESOL teaching experience (minimum one year post-certificate level qualification). The majority of this teaching experience must relate to adult students (16 years and over).
- The required professional attributes and interpersonal skills.
Successful applicants must be available for a week’s examiner training to be held in Stratford, London towards the end of September (dates to be confirmed). Training is not paid.
Successful candidates are required to be available to examine for 2 days (typically Saturdays) per month. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to this.

This role meets the requirements in respect of exempted questions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
