AEX Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Helpdesk Engineer for our client in Milton Keynes providing telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems. The successsful will support the technical teams where required and rectify any faults in a professional and timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for remote service calls
- Management of print database
- Assisting with warehouse stock management
- Assisting Service Manager and Service Administrator with ad hoc tasks
- Contact IT department of customer to get network information prior to installations
- Assist with collection of Meter Readings each month.
- Creation of Help Guides to assist customers.
