Our client is hiring multiple Identity Analysts on a permanent basis to support with the continued demand in Identity Access Management. This is following the implementation and go-live of the Okta platform. These vacancies are open to individuals who live in the UK or Spain!
You will be responsible for:
- Daily access provisioning / deprovisioning and access daily inquiries
- Problem analysis, troubleshooting, ticket management
- Access audits and monthly documentation
- Experience on daily ticket management with systems such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of IAM best practices, and ideally have administration experience on IAM platforms such as Okta, Omada, Sailpoint etc.
- Knowledge of JML processes
