We have an exciting opportunity, that is pivotal in shaping the delivery of cyber change management across British Airways, you will be joining a growing cyber security function and you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your existing skills. You’ll ensure that standardised procedures are implemented and followed for the efficient scheduling, coordinating and managing of changes. The changes will include application updates, hardware updates, DR fail-over tests, security improvements, operating systems patches, projects and programs in order to optimise the impact of change across the BA technology estate. You’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on high quality output.

In this role you will analyse, review, approve and maintain Standard, Normal, Urgent and Emergency changes in line with the Change Management framework, helping to perform impact assessments where necessary. Working with the Cyber Change Lead, and the business you will actively promote the value of Change Management policies, processes, and procedures across the organisation to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

You will support the Cyber Change Lead in preparing and distributing regular reports and analysis and act as a focal point on a day to day basis for all cyber change management issues and enquiries.
