ICT SERVICES ENGINEER
Permanent, 37 hrs per week
Salary: £27,282- £30,707 per annum
We require an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated ICT Services team. You will provide a centralised technical support and advice service for the College’s ICT resources and their users. The post will provide 2nd Line Support, System Maintenance and 1st Line Cover.
The post offers the opportunity to support maintain and develop the broad range of technologies required in a progressive further education establishment.
You will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in an IT related discipline, a good understanding of network hardware, and software technologies, their implementation and support using management tools.
Experience in the technical support and maintenance of networked IT hardware and software is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Cloud Technologies, MCP Certification and a level 4 IT qualification are desirable.
