You will be responsible for providing high quality, front-line, responsive support to a wide range of customers. You will have an excellent understanding of ICT support and/or Customer Service.
Your core responsibilities as the successful applicant will be:
- Excellent communication and team-working skills and an understanding of the importance of delivering a high quality service to the customer.
- Experience in fault diagnosis and problem solving
- Experience in delivering customer-focused hardware and software support, in a demanding IT environment within specified timescales
- An understanding of software support, in particular the Microsoft Office suite of programs and the latest Microsoft operating systems
- Some experience in supporting and maintaining a range of hardware, such as PCs, Thin Client devices, Multi Function Devices, Laptop, Tablets and Smartphones.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
