We are looking for a driven Retail Assistant to join our Retail team in our Guildford Store (GU1 1UP).
Working on a permanent, part time (18 hours per week) basis, you will use your top-quality customer skills to provide an excellent service to our customers.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through our product range, fitting skates and taking payments, solving customer complaints, and assisting in the general running of the shop.
You will also be responsible for the reconciliation of all payments and floats after every shift and ensuring that Ice Locker Guildford operates within the financial rules of the company.
Working with the Retail Manager you will also assist in the promotion and publicity of merchandise in the shop.
With an interest in national and international ice sports and the merchandise connected to these you will be part of the team working towards the achievement of both financial and development targets within the Ice Locker.
Ideally, you will have a knowledge of hockey equipment and be able to fit skates and be comfortable to be a key holder for the shop.
