Hello,

I run a quality-driven ice cream business that I started 12 years ago. We opened a parlour 6 years ago (and a smaller 2nd one, down the road, last year) and it has been incredibly successful, we have a very high level of staff retention, we continue to grow and are now hiring to expand our team.

We are an exceptional company, doing exceptional things, and we are looking for great people. This isn't a job for everyone and isn't an easy job to get so please don't just apply for the sake of it. If you are one of the people we are looking for you will most likely already know of at least one of our shops and have an enthusiasm for the business, what we serve and what we represent. Our reputation is already exceptional and we are looking to push that even further.

The shop is an energetic and exciting place to work, this is very much a hands-on role. We take great pride in the fact that we serve the best ice cream in the country, quite possibly the world, and we demand high and consistent standards of ourselves and yet we do this whilst maintaining an enjoyable, respectful and stimulating work environment.

We sell ice cream all year round and are hiring people for year-round positions, not just summer work. One full time and one part time position available.

Responsibilities and Duties

Serving ice cream at the shops

Working at events (private hires and also public events and festivals)

Pay: £11 per hour (£9.50 during first 2 weeks (or 80 hours if part time) of training/induction). Quarterly performance and profit bonuses after first 3 months!
