RATE OF PAY - £11.60 per hour including benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent
HOURS OF WORK – 40 hours per week
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to join our team here at ICC Wales who will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our kitchens.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for someone who will ensure that standards are maintained and the highest level of cleanliness. In this role you will also be responsible for supervising and motivating your team, directing them to ensure consistent standards and outstanding productivity is achieved at all times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
The ideal Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor will be a good communicator, good levels of written and spoken English, a strong team spirit, be able to lead by example and have the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail, passion for the industry and being proud of your achievements is equally important. Experience in a similar role / establishment would be advantageous.
