Job description
Hygiene Manager (Nights)
Who we are?
We work in partnership with likeminded producer partners across the continent; from small scale artisanal, traditional specialists to larger scale producers who can satisfy the growing demand and appetite for continental meats in the UK.
Our unique, flexible approach to charcuterie means we further process both on the continent and the UK, enabling our capabilities to extend from the great specialities of Europe to delivering more complex, convenient, mixed platters formats, incorporating charcuterie from across the continent and pairing with cheeses, olives and antipasti. Our end goal is to enable UK consumers to discover, experiment and enjoy flavours from around the continent.
From our state of the art site in Bury we bring together these wonderful continental foods and pack them in an efficient, sustainable and relevant format for the UK consumer to enjoy.
