About Us
Carver Road Hospitality has opened two venues at the new Civilian Hotel. The two floor, 150-seat Rosevale Kitchen & Cocktail Room, will feature a chef-driven & seasonally influenced menu prepared with regionally sourced ingredients. On the rooftop, Starchild will showcase spectacular sunset views to the post-work crowd along with a concise menu of creative small bites.

- We are looking for awesome bartenders to help develop, launch, and lead in beverage operations in both the restaurant and rooftop bar.
- We’re looking for bartenders who are passionate about their craft and love to learn new skills.
