We are seeking individuals with a passion for customer service, with a confident and resilient telephone etiquette. If you enjoy speaking with customers over the phone, helping them with more information regarding products, this is the perfect fit for you. You will provide information on some amazing products out client offers, which are not only beneficial to the companies you are contacting, but for their employees too!
Salary: £20,592 + Bonus + Amazing Benefits
Location: Stockport (hybrid 3 days from home, 2 days in the office)
Shift Pattern:
- Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30AM-2:30PM
- Part Time: Monday-Friday 9:30AM – 2:30PM

Duties & Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to small businesses to give them more information on health insurance for their employees
- Selling beneficial health products to small companies to support their employees
- Work towards team and individual targets
- Work in a busy fast paced environment
- Average KPI is 2 leads per day
Skills Required
- Confident and resilient individual who is not afraid to make calls
- Friendly and positive telephone manner
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service environment retail/contact center/sale’s
- Enjoys helping customers
