- Experience with handling customers and/or challenging situations (this could be a contact centre, face to face customer service, target driven background etc.)
- Excellent active listening skills to identify potentially deceptive behaviours
- Natural ability to lead conversations
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Outstanding written communication skills
You’ll be one of our first lines of defence against potential policy fraud and ensure customer policies hold the correct information. You will be responsible for the validation of policies through a variety of different checks and ensuring any risk information is reviewed and updated.
By using a data driven approach, effective conversation management plus application fraud tools – you will identify and treat both deliberate and unintentional policy misrepresentation.
- Validating policies that have been identified as having application fraud indicators
- Ensuring any risk information is validated effectively and accurately by reviewing information and documents
- Identifying and taking action on deliberate and unintentional policy misrepresentation
- Making inbound and outbound calls – this could be customers, internal colleagues or third party representatives
- Reviewing documents to ensure they are genuine and valid
- Striving to excellent goals and targets, taking ownership of personal development
- Effectively handling customer objections and complaints by providing resolutions
- Ensuring service level agreements are met on an assigned number of cases
