Hybrid PM / BA (Project Manager/Business Analyst)

Operations’ F2B (Front-to-Back) Digital Transformation Portfolio is conducting cost reduction and processing efficiencies through digital automation, core technology, and process engineering within the IB and Cross Product Operations groups. You will join the F2B Transformation Team as a core member of the central program execution group, heading one or more digital automation streams.
As a Hybrid PM / BA (Project Manager/ Business Analyst) you will drive the delivery of multiple existing and new automation opportunities for Investment Banking and Cross-Product Utility Operations, reporting into the Program Director. You will identify and manage opportunities from inception through to delivery acting as the technical liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
- Identify, review, and assess use cases with operations and business users, where the application of automation solutions will drive business value
- Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis is performed, shaped in appropriate management information, and presented to the relevant governance bodies
- Develop high level project/program roadmaps and plans to enable successful delivery, liaising with internal IT groups where required
- Drive and adhere to Agile delivery methods & standards
- Proactively highlight and escalate key delivery risks and issues to senior management – providing a view of project and program health.
- Present management C-suite reporting artefacts on a weekly and fortnightly basis
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience in conducting complex transformation programs to successful conclusion, including experience in performing digital transformation projects & programs
- Prior implementation experience / domain expertise of content digitization, workflow automation, AI/ML, RPA (Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation) and data aggregation/visualization tools and solutions
- Experience in driving business and/or functional analysis across digital pilots, working with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to prove out capability and progress to production stage
- Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate program risks and dependencies
- Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably prior roles in Technology and/or Operations
