Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Due to continuous success and growth, DDC Outsourcing Solutions are now expanding our team and on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join us at our Head Office in Worksop! You will be joining our already successful Energy Customer Service Team, handling inbound calls and emails.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis where you will work on site for 2 days per week and 3 days at home. We have an excellent support channel available for you when you work from home, so a colleague will quickly respond if you do need any help. We also have great progression opportunities and your manager will support and coach you in working towards achieving your career goals.
Coverage required Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 39 hours per week.
Bank Holiday working will be required, with a day off in lieu.
START DATE WILL BE 18TH SEPT 2023 (Closing date for applications will be 13th September)

What will I be responsible for?
As a Call Centre Advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to our client’s customers
- Handle inbound calls and emails
- Hitting Daily KPI’s
- Navigate various systems to assist query resolution
- Record information based on the interactions you manage
- Continually look for ways to improve experiences and processes
What do you need?
While Call Centre experience may be an advantage, we want to hear from you if you are able to display the below:
- Confident and customer focused
- Committed to putting customers first and achieving high levels of satisfaction
- IT Literate – web-based applications and MS Office suite
- Team player who values and respects the opinions of others
- Enthusiasm to grow, succeed and learn - We’re passionate about you and your career
- Excellent attendance, time keeping, and reliability are all essential skills for this role
- You will need to be within a 30 mile commuting distance from our Worksop office (S80 2RT)
Training will be remote and lasts for 4 weeks. You will need to attend our Worksop office to collect your equipment and show right to work before your start date.
