Mosimann's is a dynamic and thriving hospitality company known for its commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and offboarding processes.

Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Assist in organising training and development programs for our staff.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR databases.

Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Administrator, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Schedule:

This position offers a flexible working pattern. The Human Resources Administrator role is designed to be a part-time position, working the equivalent of 3 full-time days per week. You have the flexibility to split these 3 days over 5 days if desired, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs.
