Job description
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Human Resources Officer who will support the HR team in providing an outstanding level of service provision throughout the Foundation, to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will provide specialist advice, guidance and support to management on a range of employee relations matters for both teaching and support staff. They are also responsible for managing the recruitment process, including managing the administration processes and liaison with payroll to ensure the accuracy of monthly salary payment.
The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient and able to prioritise and multitask effectively. They will enjoy working as part of a busy team and having a varied workload.
This is a full-time (37 hours per week, all year round) position; the salary range is £29,563 - £32,250 dependent upon experience. For further details, please refer to the Applicant Information Pack.
